Rani has confessed that she always idolised the three reigning queens of Bollywood from the 90’s. But who does the petite babe of Aiyyaaresemble the most?
Aiyyaa is Rani Mukerji’s first out and out comedy. Though she seems to go over-the-top at times, Rani can make you laugh with her comic timing. And we have seen the funny side of Rani in her 2005 filmBunty Aur Babli. In her upcoming film Aiyyaa Rani is playing a Maharashtrian girl whose parents are desperate to get her married. In this movie Rani will also be seen paying tribute to three iconic heroines of the 90’s – Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawala.
So in one of the songs of Aiyyaa we see Rani getting drenched in a white tee and blue denims with a black leather cap mounted on her head a la Sridevi from Chaalbaaz. She will also be seen donning a red sari with a hairdo that resembles Juhi Chawla from Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Rani will also show off Madhuri’s dance moves from Beta.
